Our Self Defense Class Focuses On:

Women's self-defense becomes stronger by combining disciplines like judo, boxing, kickboxing, jiujitsu, and MMA, each offering complementary skills:

Judo: Techniques for throws and control, neutralizing attackers without relying on physical strength.

Boxing: Precise punches and quick defenses for close-range situations.

Kickboxing: Explosive kicks and combinations to create distance and maintain control.

Jiujitsu: Ground techniques to escape holds and subdue opponents with skill.

MMA: A versatile integration of all disciplines, adapting to any scenario.


In our classes, the last day of the week it combines physical conditioning to build strength and endurance with sparring, controlled simulations where students apply what they’ve learned in realistic scenarios. This not only strengthens technique but also boosts confidence and reaction skills.
