Our Self Defense Class Focuses on:

Children’s self-defense is strengthened by combining disciplines like judo, boxing, kickboxing, jiujitsu, and MMA, each providing complementary skills:

* Judo: Techniques for throws and control to neutralize attackers without relying on physical strength.

* Boxing: Precise punches and quick defenses for close-range situations.

* Kickboxing: Kicks and explosive combinations to create distance and maintain control.

* Jiujitsu: Ground techniques to escape holds and subdue with skill.

* MMA: Integrates all disciplines, providing versatility and adaptability in any scenario.


In my classes, the final day combines physical conditioning to develop strength and endurance with sparring, controlled simulations where kids apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations. This not only reinforces technique but also builds confidence and reaction skills.
